How to create online advertising that generates profit rather than loss? I’m talking about promoting other people’s products online. What should the process be like to engage a new viewer, making them curious, eager to learn more, feeling inspired rather than repelled? What psychological process should the creator undergo to ensure the recipient understands and feels inspired to take the baton and move forward on their own? There’s a Chinese proverb: “A fool looks at the finger that points to the moon.” Every person, at first, will look at my finger when I point them towards the distant moon, but then, inspired by what I tell them, they’ll look at that moon and want to delve deeper into its mysteries, to understand. Why should they do that? What do I need to tell them to make them want to explore the secrets of that moon? Why should they invest their time? Why should they invest their money? Just because I want them to? What are the chances that my guidance will change their life’s path?
